The heart of the villa
This floor is the beating heart of the villa. Our well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, from modern appliances to a cozy wine bar.
The ground floor also has two comfortable bedrooms, each with direct access to the garden. These rooms offer an ideal combination of privacy and convenience, each with its own modern bathroom.
Access to the outdoor area from the ground floor offers a direct connection to nature.

The upper floor
The upper floor is a relaxing and comfortable space, ideal for relaxation and privacy. Here you will find three attractively decorated bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning for your comfort during the warm Italian summers.
Each bedroom is complete with new king-size beds or twin beds, depending on the room. The bedrooms on this floor also each have a private bathroom with shower.
In addition to the sleeping areas, the upper floor also offers access to a spacious covered terrace. This is the perfect spot to enjoy stunning views of the surrounding vineyards and hills.
The annex
A unique addition to the villa that offers extra privacy and peace. Ideal for guests who want a little extra privacy, such as grandparents or families with small children, this separate space offers a peaceful retreat away from the main house.
The master bedroom in the annex is spacious and comfortable, with a desk and a private bathroom.
This separate building ensures that all Poggio sul Belbo guests get the space and comfort they need, while still being part of the overall experience of staying at the villa.

The outdoor spaces
The main terrace extends across the full width of the house and is equipped with comfortable seating areas and outdoor furniture, ideal for relaxing outdoor moments.
In the garden, you will also find our beautiful, heated infinity pool. Surrounded by comfortable sun beds, it is the ideal place to relax and enjoy panoramic views of the hills and, when the weather is clear, of the Alps.
In addition, there is a charming poolside gazebo, where guests can enjoy and dine in an atmospheric setting.
