The story of Poggio sul Belbo, which literally means “hill above the Belbo River,” is one of love at first sight. Originally a B&B, we were enchanted by the house and the breathtaking view of the surrounding hills.
In 2021, we made the decision to buy this beautiful property and transform it into a villa that exudes luxury and comfort, while maintaining its authentic Italian charm.
The renovation in 2021 was a careful balance between modernity and tradition. We completely redecorated the villa, combining modern amenities with antique pieces collected during our treasure hunts at local antique markets.
Each room, six in total, is now equipped with a private bathroom and air conditioning, with both king-size beds and twin beds for various family needs. The annex offers extra privacy, perfect for grandparents or families with young children.
